Yes. Slotive ships six rendering layouts — calendar, catalogue, mobile quick-pick, guided wizard, event page and resource grid. You pick the one that fits each page from the settings, with no code. Calendar and quick-pick are available on the Free plan; the four advanced layouts unlock on Premium.
Only if you want to accept online payments. Free bookings and on-site payments work without WooCommerce. For online payments, WooCommerce 8.0+ is required.
Our anti-overbooking system uses atomic SQL transactions with pessimistic locking. The first request gets the spot, the second is gracefully notified that the slot is full — or added to the waitlist if enabled.
Yes, on Premium and above. SMS go through your own Twilio account (confirmations, cancellations and reminders), and bookings sync one-way to Google Calendar. On Professional, each practitioner can have a dedicated calendar and receive SMS staff alerts. All credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Yes. On Premium, Slotive can auto-generate a Jitsi or Zoom meeting for each booking. The link is added to the confirmation email and the ICS file, and only revealed after confirmation. You can also paste any link manually (Google Meet, Teams, etc.).
Yes. Premium and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to every feature during the trial.
The free plan includes unlimited free bookings, on-site payments and unlimited online payments (online payments require WooCommerce). Upgrade to Premium for advanced booking layouts, waitlist, email reminders, SMS, video meetings and Google Calendar sync.
Yes. All data stays on your own server — no external SaaS. Consent is timestamped, bookings are anonymised after 2 years and logs after 6 months, and integration credentials are encrypted at rest. JSON export is available on demand.
